Delivery and Shipping

We make every effort to ensure our Product descriptions are accurate as possible with specifications made on the information provided to us. However, should an error occur we reserve the right to correct our description.

Due to Product demands, our Products may not be available at all times. If no products are available we will contact you and inform you of our product availability and projected delivery times.

We reserve our rights to limit the quantities of any Products purchased through our Site.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We aim to process all orders for in-stock items within 1 business day.  

All domestic orders will be shipped using our registered freight delivery partners. We offer free shipping for all orders over $50. Standard Shipping for orders under $50 will be charged a $10 delivery fee.

Standard delivery is 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping is available within Australia only for a $15 delivery fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is $15.99 for NZ and $35.00 everywhere else internationally. Please allow up to 10-14 days for your order to reach you*.

* Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however, we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Refund Policy

Change Of Mind

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

Other Returns

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

- The product is damaged, or

- The product is faulty, and

- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Susie Garden Wellness Pty Ltd may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

Susie Garden Wellness Pty Ltd reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

Problems with Delivery or Shipping

We take great care in our shipping process, however if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@theglowprotocol.com.au so that we can assess the damage and work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at support@theglowprotocol.com.au to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

Changes To This Returns Policy

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
